At Super X Star, we stand behind the quality and durability of our electric bikes. We offer a lifetime warranty on all SuperXStar bikes under the following conditions:

Warranty Coverage

- The warranty covers manufacturer defects and workmanship issues for the lifetime of the bike.

- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, and misuse are not covered under this warranty.

Customer Responsibility

- The customer is responsible for the cost of parts needed for any repairs.

- The customer must arrange and cover all shipping costs associated with warranty claims.

How to File a Warranty Claim

- Contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

- Provide photos or videos to help us assess the problem.

- Once approved, we will guide you through the repair or replacement process.
